When we talk of prayer, we usually focus on asking God to do something for us or give something to us. That is important, but there is a whole other side to prayer that in many ways is more needed and more valuable. Moses was a master at both sides of prayer. We can learn from studying his prayers how we can draw closer to the Lord when we pray.
