For many, Jesus is important, but he is not the center. We see Jesus as a value-add for our relationships, careers, and mental health. We believe Jesus deserves some of our time, some of our energy, some of our attention. Maybe we even see Jesus as number one, first priority, and a chief focus. But is that how Jesus is really presented to us? Is that the place that Jesus asks for in our lives? Is that what Jesus deserves?
