This past Sunday in our morning services, our Minister of Music of over 18 years, Andre Simon, announced that he is following God's call to become the Minister of Worship at First Baptist Church, Sulphur Spring, Texas. This was not a position he sought out, but feels this is where God is leading him and his family.
We love and appreciate Andre, Ronna, and Andrew for the many years of incredible leadership, friendship, and memories. They will be greatly missed, but we are excited to see what God will do through them in the years to come.
Andre's last day with us will be Sunday, September 20. A reception will be held that afternoon beginning at 4:30pm at the church.
